Ingredients
For this recipe you will need a measuring cup, a tablespoon, and cups for serving.
2 Ounces (¼ cup) of silver tequila
½ ounce (1 tbsp) of orange liqueur
1 ounce (2 tbsp) of lime juice
½ ounce (1 tbsp) of agave syrup
Ice
To make a pitcher of margaritas rather than a single serving, use:
3 cups silver tequila
2 cups orange liqueur
1½ cups fresh lime juice
½ cup agave syrup
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a cup or pitcher and pour over ice.
To add a salt rim- Before adding your drink to the glass, pour coarse sea salt (or any salt available) onto a plate, wipe the rim of your glass with lime juice, and twirl a couple times until the rim is coated. For a little added spice, use Tajin instead of salt.
